Bergamot and Spearmint Salt Scrub- Large Size Jar

This scrub smells and works beautifully on your body! Whats great about scrubs is that they help to remove dry dead skin from your body, only to revealy new fresh, smooth skin underneath! how great is that? All the rough dry dead skin thats on your feet? gone! your elbows? gone! what more could you ask for with this scrub?




I do recommend that once you use my scrub, you use lotion afterwards to keep your skin smooth and moisturized throughout the day!



Now for the even better stuff that comes along with this amazing scrub!



Bergamot is excellent for skin care because it helps with psoriasis, eczema, acne and varicose veins. If you have dry itchy skin (and with the winter months ahead, who doesn't have it) this will be just the thing you need!



There is caution with bergamot and that is photosenstive, keep out of the sun.



Spearmint helps the support of the respiratory and nervous systems. it may also help open and release emotional blocks and bring a feeling of balance.

Grapefruit Organic Sugar Scrub

I really love using any type of body scrub! Whether its for the face, feet or the entire body, i just love using them and the scents are incredible! Scrubs are used to remove dead, dry skin and reveals cleaner, smoother, softer skin underneath, and can be used all over the body!




For this scrub, i've chosen organic sugar and dropped in grapefruit essential oil, because its very refreshing and smells very fruity. Practically gives you cravings for the actual grapefruit itself!



I've also chosen to use a vegetable glycerin for this scrub. Why is that? Glycerin is a humectant that helps the skin to retain moisture and makes it feel soft all day long!



How i like to use scrubs is after i've exfoliated, i use a little bit of lotion on my skin to give it added softness and my skin feels extra smooth! Now, what can be better than that?

New Rosemary Bath Salts

When i was making these wonderful smelling bath salts in my moms kitchen, i went out to her backyard and got a few leaves from her rosemary bushes and added them for the extra scent. The leaves were washed off then dried before they were added.




Rosemary is a stimulant which is good for muscular aches and pains, poor circulation, rheumatic problems, physical and mental fatigue, low blood pressure as well as hair loss.



I will add caution however. if you are epileptic, DO NOT USE or if you have high blood pressure or are in the early stages of pregnancy. Rosemary is not normally used on people who are inclined to liver problems.

Organic Peppermint Sea Salt Scrub

Freshly made in my kitchen today! The smell of peppermint filled the entire kitchen lol. I even tested this incredible scrub on my own hands and i could still smell it on my skin! That lets you know the scent is very strong!




What organic peppermint does is its a antiseptic and is also cleansing for the skin. It also helps to relieve muscle, arthritic and menstrual pain and is also refreshing. Organic peppermint helps to stimulate the mind and aids concentration. Great for headaches as well as nausea, fever, colds, and flu.



Scrubs are wonderful to use all over your entire body, from your hands down to your feet! This scrub is made with natural sea salt and it helps to remove dead dry skin, revealing softer, smoother skin once its washed off.



Also in the incredibly great smelling scrub is vegetable glycerin which is a emollient as well as a skin soother.
